You may be able to change or cancel your order, but this depends on its status at the time of your request.
How to Request a Change or Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible with your request. You must email us from the same email address used at checkout to verify your order. Our team will check if modifications are still possible.
- If the order has not yet been prepared for shipment, we can modify or cancel your order.
- If the order is already being prepared for shipment, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Changes Involving Price Differences
- Upgrading to a more expensive product (e.g., changing from a Small tee to a 3XL): The customer is responsible for paying the price difference before processing can continue.
- Order cancellations and refunds: If you request to cancel your order before it has been prepared for shipment, a full refund will be issued. Refunds may take up to 15 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
