Can I change my shipping address after ordering?Updated a month ago

If your order has not yet gone into production, we may be able to update the shipping address. To request a change, you must contact us from the email used to place the order (your Customer ID).

However, if the new address is in a different state, the order must be canceled and re-placed due to sales tax regulations.

Important Notes:

• We cannot guarantee address changes since orders may enter production as soon as the same day they are placed. Please double-check your shipping address before checkout.
• We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Customers in rural areas may need to use a PO Box address if that is where they receive USPS mail.
