What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns for new, unused, and unworn shirts within 30 days of purchase. There are two types of returns:
- Exchange – Swap your item for one of equal or lesser value.
- Refund – Return your item for a refund, subject to a $6 restocking fee per item.
Important Return Guidelines:
- Hats, beanies, stickers, and other non-apparel items are non-returnable.
- All sale item purchases are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition. Returns with damage, animal hair, or other defects will not be processed.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
How to Request a Return
- Visit our return portal at https://loveourparks.com/apps/redo/returns-portal/login and initiate a return
- In the portal, you will be asked for the reason for return and your choice of preferred solution (exchange, refund, store credit, etc.)
- Mail the item back to us using the return address and label from the return portal
