My package is missing, what should I do?Updated a month ago

If you haven’t received your package, follow these steps to determine its status and locate it.

Step 1: Confirm Your Order Status

Check your order status page to ensure your package is marked as delivered and not still in transit. You can find your order status through the order confirmation email you received after checkout.

Step 2: If Your Order Shows as Delivered but You Haven’t Received It

Sometimes USPS tracking may indicate a package was delivered when it was placed in an unexpected location. Try the following:

  • Check around your residence – Look in your garage, back porch, mailbox, or any hidden areas near your door.
  • Ask neighbors or household members – A neighbor may have received it by mistake.
  • Check with your apartment office or common mail area – If you live in an apartment, check with the leasing office, mailroom, or a neighbor.
  • For business addresses – Ask reception, a front desk, or colleagues who may have accepted it.

Step 3: If Your Order is Still in Transit or Shows as Lost

If your tracking number indicates your package is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Still in transit with no updates for an extended period of time

Step 4: Contact Your Local Post Office

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, reach out to your local post office (not the general USPS hotline). A carrier supervisor may be able to provide additional details about the delivery. You can find your local post office’s contact information here: Post Office Finder.

If the post office cannot locate your package, let us know—we can submit a request through USPS Missing Mail to confirm delivery details.

  • If USPS confirms that the package was delivered to the correct address, we have fulfilled our delivery obligation, and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We cannot offer refunds or replacements for packages that are marked as delivered but are lost or stolen after delivery.
